How fast is delivery?

Delivery is automatic. As soon as the payment is confirmed on the blockchain (usually 1–20 minutes depending on the coin), your order page shows the login cookie.

Which coins do you accept?

BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC20/ERC20), LTC, SOL and 100+ others through our payment processor. The crypto amount is calculated at checkout.

What do I receive?

A login cookie for the account, shown on your order page right after payment. Copy it and import it with a cookie manager to log in — no password needed.

What if I underpay or the payment expires?

Partial payments stay pending until the remaining amount arrives. If an invoice expires your reserved unit is released back to stock. Contact support with your order ID if you need help.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. If the cookie doesn't work at delivery, contact support within 24 hours and we'll replace it or refund you. See our terms.

I lost my order link. What now?

Orders are saved in your browser on the Track order page. If you cleared your browser data, contact support with the email you used at checkout.
